- 3 tablespoons grape seed oil (spread)
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 large sweet onion (large block)
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 5-6 garlic cloves (chopped)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon smoked pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon Ancho Chili powder

- PREPARING THE APPLIANCE Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Add the red peppers and Fresno peppers to a saucepan. Drizzle 1 tablespoon grape seed oil and 2 teaspoons kosher salt. Place the container in the oven and cook the peppers for 20 minutes.

- PREPARING THE WAGYU SAUSAGE Remove the marinated steak from the fridge and let it rest for an hour at room temperature before slicing. Pour in the marinade. Heat the gas fryer over medium-high heat and let it heat for 10 minutes. When the grill is hot, fry the edges of the roasted wagyu fillet for 3 minutes on each side.
