- 1 glass of water
- 1 cup ground rice
- tears of salt
- 1 teaspoon of butter
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- A pinch of ground red pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

- 4 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Chop the red chilli powder
- Integral food
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cent of garlic
- 1 black bean
- 1 quintal of tomato soup
- 1/4 cup original barbecue brew
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Steps to prepare dinner with black beans, eggs and rice
- Add water, salt and oil to a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Turn off the heat, add the rice, cover and let sit until the water is absorbed.
- Once the water has drained, add the parsley, cayenne pepper and lemon juice, then rinse with a fork. Put it aside.
- Cut the onion and shallot into cubes. Finely chop the garlic. If you don't have mayonnaise, finely chop the garlic.
- Drain and rinse the black beans and set aside.
- Carefully crack 4 eggs into a medium bowl. Add milk and cayenne pepper and mix well. Put it aside.
- Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Once hot, add the bell pepper and onion and cook for 5 minutes until the onion is translucent. Add the garlic and sauté another 30 seconds before adding the eggs.
- Let the eggs stand and stir until they are slightly stiff. Repeat until the eggs are cooked. Add cooked rice, washed black beans, canned tomato soup, barbecue broth, basil and parsley. Stir until well blended. Allow the ingredients to mix and heat for about 10 minutes. Serve alone or on toast.
