Healthy cooking is often difficult because many people don't want to waste time planning and preparing meals that our families won't eat. At the same time, we want our families to be healthier, so we're committed to developing new and improved ways of cooking balanced meals that families love (and sadly, in some cases, hate).
The good news is that once you've heard the basics of cooking, you probably won't need to replace them. So you can always develop and expand your cooking skills. As you learn new recipes and hone your culinary skills and talents, you will find that preparing your own meals from scratch is far more beneficial than preparing canned goods that can be bought off the shelves at the local grocery store.

How to cook a Hawaiian-style marinated Wagyu steak
- Prepare the Wagyu marinade. Line up the real Wagyu buffet steak on a rimmed baking sheet. Mix all the ingredients for the dressing (unsweetened pineapple juice, low-sodium soy sauce, minced ginger, minced garlic, chopped spring onions, brown sugar, and crushed sesame oil) in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the Thoroughbred Wagyu Bavette Steak. Allow the steaks to marinate in the refrigerator for 12 to 24 hours, turning them about every hour to thaw the marinade.
- Prepare the Pasta Salad to Fly Cook the noodles to about elbow height according to package directions. Rinse noodles with cold water. Drizzle over the apple cider vinegar and a little oil to keep the noodles from sticking. Whisk together the ingredients for the dressing (whole milk, mayonnaise, brown sugar, salt, black pepper) in a bowl until smooth. Add the grated sweet onion, peeled and chopped carrots, and chopped celery to the cooked pasta.
- Add the salad dressing to the cooked pasta as well. Mix all the ingredients together. Refrigerate the Hawaiian pasta salad until ready to serve.
- Cook the buffett with a Wagyu lid over the blood. Remove the container from the refrigerator and allow the spices to drain. Save the marinade for later use. Leave the steak at room temperature for an hour. Heat the grill over medium-high heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Sear the marinated Wagyu roast beef for 8 minutes on each side. Remove the steak from the grill and place it on the baking sheet. Finish cooking the steak in the oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.
- Final step: Bring the marinade (set aside) to a boil in a small saucepan. Let reduce for 10 minutes. After the buffet steak has rested for 10 minutes, decapitate it. Serve steak with chilled pasta salad and light dressing. Enjoy it!
